If your package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, undeliverable, rejected or refused, we will refund the order minus the original shipping charges.

FREE DELIVERY IN CANADA FOR ORDERS OF $150 AND MORE (before taxes)
Lashes by Tini offers free standard domestic shipping to all provinces in Canada on orders over $150 before taxes. Otherwise, standard domestic shipping is only $12.
SAME-DAY SHIPPING
For in-stock orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday (Eastern Time), shipping will be made the same day, unless there is a problem verifying payment information, a holiday, or a payment made through a Paypal eCheck.

CUSTOMS AND BROKERAGE FEES, DUTIES AND TAXES
For orders that are shipping to destinations outside of Canada (including the United States), you may have to pay duties and taxes to your country's government. This is because you are importing goods from a foreign country into your own country.
Lashes by Tini does not assess or collect these fees and taxes on your behalf. Please contact the customs office in your country to obtain an estimate of the duties and taxes, if any, that you will owe Pay.
We cannot and will not alter, falsify or otherwise misrepresent or undervalue the declared value of an international shipment. The total amount of the items purchased will be noted on the customs declaration.
In addition to duties and taxes, you may have to pay an additional brokerage fee to either your country's postal system (if your order ships via our International Standard or International Standard Plus shipping methods). This fee, which is not estimated nor collected by Lashes by Tini on your behalf, covers the carrier's cost of expediting the clearance of your shipment through your country's customs process. A typical brokerage fee averages USD 10.00 - 20.00. Check with your local postal office to estimate any brokerage fees, if any, you will have to pay.
If you do not pay duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, then in many cases the parcel will be destroyed by your country's customs office and not sent back to us. In such cases, we will not issue a refund. We can only issue refunds for parcels that are returned to us.
